Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM on weekdays, 3 PM on weekends, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale events, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the courier serviceability and product size.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated after the order is confirmed based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Courier rates
  • Order size

Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items. Customers will be notified of the shipping fee once the item is ready to be shipped. The item will only be dispatched once shipping is paid for with payment confirmation.


Same-Day & Local Delivery

Same-day or scheduled local delivery may be available for select areas in Luzon through:

  • Grab
  • Lalamove
  • Private Logistics

Availability depends on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order cutoff time
  • Item size and weight
  • Rider availability

Delivery Scope for Local Delivery and Free Shipping (Orders above P10,000)

  • Metro Manila
  • Pampanga
  • Bulacan
  • Rizal
  • Cavite
  • Laguna
  • Batangas

Deliveries run from 8:30AM to 5:00PM from Monday to Friday and 8:30AM to 3:00PM on Saturdays. For Express deliveries, if the order was sent after 4 PM, delivery will be made the next business day.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Marketplace messaging platforms (if applicable)

Customers may track their orders directly through the courier’s tracking system.


Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that:

  • The shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Contact details are correct
  • Someone is available to receive the order

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable recipient
  • Refusal to receive the package

May incur additional shipping or re-delivery charges.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products
  • Incomplete orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted beyond this period may no longer qualify for replacement or review.


Delays Beyond Our Control

Buildwell Depot shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather disturbances
  • Courier operational issues
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

We will do our best to coordinate with our logistics partners and keep customers updated.
